How to Restricting File Uploads- Jasper report server 6.4

Dear Jasper community,

I saw there are multiple types of File Uploads in Jasper report server 6.4. so though that might enable junk or malicious  upolad then can temper system. is this correct assumption ? I belive my assumption is just fear. I think even malicious  code/program might get uploaded but in secure manner and cant allow OS to see those files so considered to be safe.

let community elaborate and advice me.
