steve.roberts
Hi we use Jasper reports, as part of an application called JDA ( they have installed and maintained it ) - how can I find out the version/edition we use? We are looking to get rid of JDA and replace it with a version that we will have to look after - it is basically used to produce an invoice to a physical printer. elizam
For normal JasperReports Server, there's a link at the bottom left of the screen "About JRS" that shows the version. If they have removed this link, you can try looking up the serverInfo REST service in the PDF documentation (unfortunately the direct link seems to be broken):https://community.jaspersoft.com/system/files/restricted-docs/jasperreports-server-rest-api-reference_0.pdfIf that doesn't work, you may have to ask JDA. Not all versions are available, but older reports should be compatible with newer versions. However, you may have to do some work to set up data sources and other supporting objects in your new server.
