Is there parameter/element that is responsible for activating a POS printer cutter?

Hi,

I am using a piece of opensource Point Of Sale software called Floreant POS. The problem I am experiencing is that when the POS printer cuts the till slip, it does it twice. Once, between the puchased items and the subtotal/tendered amount/change and once at the bottom of the till slip. The developers used Jaspersoft iReport to create the reports/slips but they have said that I need to pay for their support department to sort out my problem and I figured I would do it myself.

I have Jaspersoft Studio installed. I just need to know if there is an element/parameter that I can add/remove/change to stop the printer making the unwanted cut.
