Add sub reports or tables dynamically to a report

I need to add N tables (with title and footer) to a report,
and the number of these tables will be defined at runtime, how could I accomplish this with jasper?

Look at report books. They let you create individual reports, then loop through and combine them in a single report, with an optional table of contents. The JasperReports Library samples include a sample report book & you can also create them through the Jaspersoft Studio interface.
