Regarding Roles

Hi Folks,

I need some help on roles in jasperserver.

How to create a New Role in JasperServer at root level and it should be Created automatically to new organizations ? 

Like as we have Role_Administrator in root, when we create a new organization this(Role_Administrator) role will be available by default in new organization.

In the same way  we need to add a new role in  default roles list in root like 'ROLE_TESTUSER' which should be avialable to newly created organization automatically.

Any qucik help should be much appreciated.
