mix column alfa and numeric

I have excel file where column  A in line 1 is alfanumeri ex Adriano and

column A line 2 is 10

the filld is define string

when i read the data have error the system non convert numeric fiel 

colum A for me is alfanumeric what can do for bypasse the problrm ????

I am not to clear on your explanation. Column A is Line 1 = Row 1 and line 2 row 2.
Or is A1 fields equals "Adriano n 10" ?

All I can think of is that A line 2 10 is imported as numeric fields.
In jasperstudio, go back to the query editor and make sure the fields are assigned correct types.
With the query editor one need to sometimes read the fields first and then change the fields type to desired class type.
Make sure when you apply that the types are updates.
Close the editor and reopen and confirm type has updated. Then on the jasper outline under fields make sure the field is assigned correct type.

Also remember you can create parameter or variable and in expression field just parse to correct format.

Thanks for your response but my case is colum A1 = Adriano and colum A2 = 100 in this case iasper interrupt elaboration file because numeric field not in string.
