I have the report that contains 6 different pages (and every report page has to start on separate page) and it has to be displayed as PDF. I have to display it just those 6 pages for one report or multiple reports (within 1 PDF) where every first page (of those 6) will start from 1.

 

I've created the report as following:

- master.jrxml which contains one subreport (report.jrxml) in detail band and get data source (JRDataSource) and passing a data source to subreport. I display the PAGE_NUMBER in footer.

- report.jrxml contains 6 subreports, where every subreport represents one page. Every subreport is in different group and receive JRDataSource

First subreport group contains reset page number, but because the PAGE_NUMBER variable is not on that page, nothing happens.
