Jaspersoft Webservice API support

HI

We have jaspersoft 6 server enterprize edition .  Can you Pl confirm for consuming the api from different application does jaspersoft support only basic authentication ??

our 3rd party application supports only oAuth2 protocol auhentication .

There is no coexistence of authentication mechanisms particularly when basic is inferior to open auth /w token.

You can setup Oauth authentication from JasperReport Server side : 
http://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/configuring-oauth-20-tibco-jasperreports-server-v61

Then depending on the way you embed JRS using APIs you will always find a way to use it.
