Im pretty nnew to reporting! some assistance would be much appreciated!

Im trying to display a column in my reports based on the input controls selected.

I have a report that displays task based on a number of filters one being a  multi select option. (red/amber/green)

The whole row of data (compiled with a sql query) will show in the report if the user chooses to view ether red amber or green task results.

is it possible to have a function in place that displays the note column to show not to show. but the rest of the row data to show.

I hope this is clear but if not please do let me know.

Try to use the "Print When Expression" properties of the reports components to display/hide them regarding conditions ie. parameters values .
