Maps Pro element compiles but does not appear in preview

Hello all,

I'm trying to create a maps pro element in a report that colors each state based on the amount of orders we have from each state in Jaspersoft Studio Professional. I have the element set up according to the directions in the iReport Ultimate Guide, and when I run the preview, it compiles fine but shows nothing in the report. When I run the interactive report, I recieve an error that reads "Resource with id '1407945904102' not found!" 

Any ideas? Hopefully it's just something simple I missed.

I also cannot see preview of report with Map Pro component. 
Any ideas?
