Where can I find the "trainingscriplet" used in the Online Training Portal?

Hello,

I am working my way through the "Developing Reports with Jaspersoft iReport Designer" instructional sequence on the Jaspersoft Online Learning Portal. I've been able to get through all the units successfully, but have now encountered an issue. In unit 5.2 "Extending Reports: Scriptlets," the training refers to adding the classpath for the TrainingScriptlet.jar. I've searched through my installation, and cannot find that specific scriptlet anywhere. Does anyone have a suggestion where I might look? I've checked my jasperreports-server-cp-4.7.0 folder and iReport folder to no avail. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Hi,

Generally the scriptlet JAR file is not included with the installation. It is provided as part of the training materials for our instructor-led live and online classes.

I'm attaching a zip file that contains the JAR as well as a few other files used in the iReport lab exercises.

Thank you. Our organization had discussed the instructor-led training, but the current budgets in public education in Michigan made that impossible. We're trying to make your online offering meet our immediate needs, and can hopefully expand to the instructor-led options at a later date.
