bbartholow_1
Is there anyone out there that has used Splunk to monitor their Jasper? We are looking to use Splunk to monitor the audit data including, inputs used, reports run, report execution times, etc. We have chosen Splunk over the standard Jasper reports so that non-technical users can get a quick snapshot of how things are going in production easier. Solution udidav Posted November 12, 2012 Solution Share Posted November 12, 2012 JasperServer has a builtin audit mechanizm which has a mock implementation in CE.The wiring is in js.sprint.properties: bean.auditContext=dummyAuditContext User can implement the AuditContext interface and wire thier own bean to capture events and write them to a log file or Splunk.
