For Excel spreadsheets specifying a solid background fill, even if it is white #FFFFFF, will cause excel to erase grid lines. The POI libraries allow you to set the Fill Type for Cells to NO_FILL. Is there a way to specify this with Jasper yet? If not that would be a nice feature, although not sure how that affects PDF and HTML. For html, if jasper did not provide background color, it would allow the browser to choose it's own defaults -- should be ok also. Any thoughts? Thanks, Mike.
