laurent-c Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 hello all, i'm tying to install jasperreports-server-cp-4.0.0-linux-installer.bin on my centos5.5 serveri select bundled tomcat and mysql without changing ports. and not install examples db the installer run to 100 %, restarting tomcat and pop this error message :Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly Error running /opt/jasperreports-server-cp-4.0.0/apache-ant/bin/ant import-minimal-ce : BUILD FAILED/opt/jasperreports-server-cp-4.0.0/buildomatic/bin/import-export.xml:259: The following error occurred while executing this line:/opt/jasperreports-server-cp-4.0.0/buildomatic/bin/import-export.xml:152: Java returned: 255Total time: 18 secondsthen it ends normaly ...tomcat starts but don't launch successfully jasperserver ... This prevents creation of a GUID. Cause was: ers-test: ers-testIs your local hostname ers-test by chance? And if you do "ping ers-test" does it resolve?
