Compatibility of templates? (3.0.0 <-> 4.0.0)

Hi all,

we are working with iReport and JasperReports 3.0 at the moment.

Now we think about to upgrade to current version, but we have many templates created with version 3.0.

 

Do you expect problems filling templates created with iReport 3.0 with JasperReports 4.0?

Would there be any trouble editing older templates with the current version of iReport?

You should not have any problems editing older templates with a newer version of iReports.
