Snapshot Exception

We've had users getting the following error when trying to run a report from jasperserver

org.springframework.webflow.execution.repository.snapshot.SnapshotNotFoundException: No flow execution snapshot could be found with id '1'; perhaps the snapshot has been removed?

I did some googling and found items related to spring but not spring and jasper.

Any clues to what this could be?  If someone was sharing a username would that create a problem?

same here too

this doesn't seem to be a consistent error - by which i mean that there doesn't seem to be one consistent trigger for it. so far today it has happened immediately after connecting the the server as jasperadmin and, some time later, when trying to browse the repository.

after clicking cancel on the error message i am left with a "Please Wait - Loading" modal popup and the only option seems to be to log out and start again.

does anyone know why this error happens?

Currently, we are getting the same error too along with a heap out of memory error even though we have set it to a gig and a half.  It is not using anywhere near the amount of heap we have set it to but yet still getting the errors with no solution. Anyone have any solutions that actually have worked for them?  Thank you for your help.

This sounds like a permgen space issue - did you increase permgen when you increased heap size? Don't just go making cowboy adjustments - use something like jconsole or VisualVM to see what the JVM is doing while you're running the report.
