probleme about datatype (jasper)

hi,

i already posted this topic in another jasper report discussion but i think i can find more solution and suggestion in this forum so my probleme is:

i would like to know  where can i find the source code of the calendar " date"  to be able to modify the format of the date.

the actualy format of date is "mm-dd-yyyy", but i want to have this format "yyyy-mm-dd".

so where can i find the code source to change it.

in the other forums i haved this suggestions :

You need to set the appropriate pattern of the date field. You dont need to know the source code of the calander component.
