group Totals in Summary?

Hi Guys,

 

I need to show the group Totals in my summary band, somebody told me that you can use scriptlets , can somebody tell me how exactly can we do this?

Simply use the scriptlet to hold a boolean indicating whether the report is at the last page or not.

 

Use the printWhenExpression of your summary field to call the scriptlet to check if it's at the last page.

 

Use the printWhenExpression of your summary band to call the scriptlet to set last-page boolean to true.

Hi,

 

If you have some variable that calculates a group

total, why don't you simply display its value with

a texy field element in the summary section?

 

Maybe there is something I don't see.
