Hi guys,

 

How do you deploy jasper reports using web start?

 

Since jasper reports needs to make references to jars from the generated class files - which doesn't work with web start.

 

I've seen a solution which tries to find the location of the downloaded jars and then manually set the class path (after cleaning up the path). This is fine, but web start changes the names of the jars and it's generally pretty messy and I'd argue a bit of an unstable way of doing things.

 

So is there any way of doing this a better way?
