Floating column footer only show in last page ?

How can I make floating column footer only show in last page ?

The band do not have this setting. Also I cannot use variable to compute is it last page.

Anyone have solution ?

last page footer is a good choice.. but it usually aligns the elemnts relative to bottom... so better use summary band(unless ur element is a page number)

For my problem, the usage of summary was a good solution. But, I really would like to find a solution to print a band only at the last page.

Hi all,

This question is a good one, but it's not really related to iReport. It's a feature that folks would like to see in the JasperReports engine. As such this thread should get posted on the JasperReports forum instead. (Teodor and the other JR developers are much more likely to read it there.)

Hi,

I made a subreport (called it 'RunToBottom.jrxml) which contains only a 'Title' band with a height of 1px.  In the main report I include the subreport in a new detail band with a height of 3px and the subreport  property 'Run To Bottom' to true.

So, first a detail band with a subreport which shows the records lines; beneath another detail band with the 'RunToBottom' subreport.  It works perfectly for me.
