Link two reports

Hi,

I am new to Jasper.  I want to link two reports a Master and Child report by creating hyperlink on the master report. How can I do this. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I was able to link two reports. But now I have another request. In my second report I have an SQL query.

Whenever the the hyperlink is master report is clicked, I want to pass the value to the SQL query in second report? can I do it? If yes, how?

is this a full resultset? you can use the java List object to pass it to the child. You should use the Link Paramters in the hyperlink menu :)

Actually I found the solution. In the child report, declare an Paramter and Input Control by same name as passed in te hyperlink and then access the parameter by in the child report.
