evaldasz
Hi folks!I do my job with Jasper Server Analysis View during whole day, and the problem is with inactive sessions. I’ve run analysis view and then leave it alone for some time, then I’d came back and want to make a drill for other data Jasper Server broke the session and return me to the login window. Then I need to find the same view and etc. So it drives me crazy then I need to login many times per day.In the Tomcat log file I’ve found:WARN OlapModelController, http-8080-Processor25:148 – OLAP session timeout occurredI have tried to increase session timeout in WEB.XML but nothing changed.By the why there is no problem with reports build with iReport, the problem is only with Analysis View (OLAP).Please turn me on the right way, would be thankful!Regards! Ps. I am using JasperServer 3.0.
kkelleher
Apologies if you've already done this, but did you restart the application server after changing this value? Thanks, Kristen
evaldasz
Previously I’ve restarted Jasper Server, but today I restart whole server and at it works :)So, it’s my miss. Everything must work with WEB.XML sessions parameters. Regards! Post Edited by evaldasz at 10/02/2009 07:
