and if the detail have 3 elements, this put in last of 3 element, if have 4 in the 4,.................

or only use to draw a border in the background.

if frame can make this you can put a sample.

A single frame can only be in one band. If I understand what you are trying to do you would need to have a different frame in each band and then have them meet at the band change and only have the border on the sides and top or just the sides. You can decide which borders of the frame have are visiable.
