Hi,

 

I'm having a heck of a time trying to understand how to use the Rectangle classes in JasperReports. I am trying to create rectangles dynamically, and provide them on a pdf report. I've come across the

classes that implement JRRectangle, however, they are all package protected, so it looks like I can't make use of them in my home grown classes. Also, is there a way to map a rectangle object to the XML file?

 

To put it bluntly, I'm not sure what to do. I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
