Again I have problems with subreports :( While filling the report I get the following error message: Code: I recognized that every time this exception is thrown, details of a subreport are missing. It's always just after a page break. Data is not fitting on one page and so it does a page break and prints the detail band of the main report but does not print the subreport completely :( I appended some template files. I hope someone can help me ! By the way, I'm using JRMapCollectionDataSource. perfectmight Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 I've gotten the same problem. It was due to my detail band that wasn't "split allowed" and it was large. When trying to make it fit on one page, it couldn't. I resolved a similar case. the exception was caused by the sumatory of heights of every band was higher that height of the page. I had to calculate the height available for the subreport and I configured in the height of the band "detail" of the subReport.
