climbingrooster
Hi,Does someone pass on to me the olap settings to connect to sql2005 analysis services via xmla? I have created a cube in analysis services which is working fine and then tried a new olap connection but cannot run any mdx query with it: Database(Catalog)Provider=MSOLAP;DataSource=localhosthttp://localhost:8080/xmla/msmdpump.dll :( any help would be greatly appreciated

swood
Microsoft changed their XML/A between MSAS 2000 anfd MSAS 2005. We need to update to allow this to work properly. ShermanJaspersoft
tallbritton
I am evaluating JasperSoft specifically for use with SSAS and have run into the same issues as climbingrooster. Am I reading correctly that JasperSoft does not support XML/A to SSAS in SQL Server 2005/08?Thanks

heliodor
Or into 3.7 final? I'm very interested in this. If Jasper BI Suite shall be used as enterprise BI, it should be able to use all available data sources...
