Subreport in Wrong Place

I have a report with several small subreports inside, each with their own custom data sources. They are all in the detail band and may or may not print based upon data.

 

Occasionally, some of these subreports do not appear in the same order as specified. They appear at the bottom of the page, on the previous data source row. That is.. they are printing too early, when they might fit on the previous page.

 

This comes and goes depending upon how much space is left at the bottom of the page.

 

I've seen this problem posted before, but never a solution.

 

I need a solution quickly...please. Thanks in advance
