Accessing reports and subreports from a JAR

Our desire is to put all .jasper files into a jar for easy distribution. Using a stream in code to point to the master report stored in the jar seems to work fine. However, subreports on that main report cannot be accessed from the jar.

"dori.jasper.engine.JRException: Could not load object from location : SubReport1.jasper"

 

If they exist stand alone in the file system, all is well.

 

Is there a way for subreports to be accessed from the jar by Jasper?

 

Any help is gr8'ly appreciated.

Problem Resolved.

 

All that was required was to fully qualify the path on the subreportExpression within the master report.
