could not load object from loaction .jasper

Hello,

 

I have a report (points.jrxml) that contains a subreport(activite.jasper)

When I do it in my iReport, that's working fine. But I do it in my web application, I have the following error:

"could not load object from location activite.jasper".

And I have the two documents (jrxml and jasper) in the same directory.

I found the solution!!!!

 

I add a parameter:

parameters.put("SUBREPORT_DIR", rep.getAbsolutePath() +"\rapport\");

to specify the good path.

I have a subreport which has a subreport inside, and here I get "could not load object from location .".

If I delete the subreport in the subreport and specify the SUBREPORT_DIR everything work fine.

Sorry for the previous post.

Found the solution: It is possible to nest subreports, you just have to specify the SUBREPORT_DIR as paramter for all subreports and pass them in as subreport param from the mother report.

 

Maybe this also helps someone ;)
