Creating Subreports Using java source codes

hi,

i am new to jasper reports. i have been trying to create subreports using javasource codes. i have tried a lot to do this, no matter what ever i try, the subreports or not getting printed in the main report.

main report is getting printed fine.

 

i cannot find some good tutorials to do that. :(

 

please someone help me out by posting some sample example in creating the subreports. And also some good links to learn subrepots using java code.

 

i am struck in this for the past 3 days.

 

any help would be appreciated . THANKS A LOT in advance.

Hi,

 

Does the subreport run without errors? If the subreport runs then you have to make sure the subreport is correctly aligned in the master report.
