CSV File Format with Jasper

Hi All,

I am trying to generate the reports using CSV File format in Jasper.

In some cases the alignment of records is not proper. They are either getting shifted by one column with the header alone being printed in that column or a blank column is added. Can anyone please let me know how to address this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Raja

Hi!

This is usually a problem of alignment.

At least with .xls export, JR tries to keep the positions of the fields as exactly as possible.

Thus, make sure the left (x) value of the headers is exactly the same as the left value of the fields.

Maybe this helps,

Sebastian
