setting row count per page

Hi all

 

Before i set the IS_REMOVE_EMPTY_SPACE_BETWEEN_ROWS parameter each page had 20 rows.

This parameter allows collapsing empty space but row count per page still 20? Interestingly page height decreased to half of before it has.

I searched forum archive but could not found a solution.

Is there one more parameter to fix it?
