pagecreak for static contents.

I dont have any reports in my pdf. I have lots of static contents. How do i give page break as per my need. Pls reply asap and mail it to me.

Hi,

 

The only way to introduce page breaks "as per

need" in JasperReports is by using the

isStartNewPage="true" in a group.

Even if you have no datasource for your report but

only static texts, you could still use dummy groups

with and empty group expression and place your

elements in those group headers.

Each time you want a new page in your document,

you introduce a new such dummy group, use

isStartNewPage="true" for it and place the

elements in its group header section. This section

could be as tall as the page height (minus the top

and bottom margins).
