Timeseries Chart with subdatasets - Need Help

Hi,

 

I have to generate a time-distance graph.

I am doing this with a time series chart with time on X- axis and distance on Y-axis. I am using a query which gets me the time and distance values.

 

The problem here is that I have to plot points on this graph based on a third value. If the third value is 1 at a particular time, I have to plot a green dot. If it is 0, I have to plot a red dot.

Can somebody kindly help me with this? Should I use sub-datasets? I do not know how to use sub-datasets with iReport and Jasper.
