Hi,

 

I have a few simple questions, can someone please answer?

 

1. I created a demo.jrxml sample file, it has only 1 static text.

 

Can you please give an example how to run it ?

 

I tried everything I found on the net unsuccessfully.

 

2. Why do I need to compile the report at runtime, is it enough to compile it via IReport ?

 

3. What do I do with the file "demo.jasper" ?

Solved!

 

I had to supply new JREmptyDataSource() to the JasperFillManager.fillReport
