Hyperlink support for output types

The following posting on this board asked and had a response from Teodor regarding hyperlink support for excel:

In that reply it was stated that jakarta poi does not support hyperlinks. However, in the jakarta bug database is a reference to that issue being fixed.

I've tried using the latest poi jar file but it still does not download the link - just the underlying text. PDF and HTML work fine. RTF and EXCEL do not work.

 

Is this a JasperReports problem?
