repeating rows n-times in reports

My application has patients and medicaments. Database is , in broad strokes:

 

TABLE order {

patient String

medicament String

quantity int

}

 

anybody knows if it is possible to repeat rows(patient, medicament) quantity-times?

 

i.e. for Row ('john smith', 'vicodin', 3) the report should be:

 

john smith --> vicodin

john smith --> vicodin

john smith --> vicodin

 

I have search on forums, but can't find something like this.
