NullPointerException while compiling the report

Hello,

 

I have a working application that is running on Tomcat-6

on WinXp.

 

When I tryed to install it on another machine (Resin-2.1.16 on Win Server 2003), the part of the application which should create jasperreport doesn't work:

 

it falls on the compilation of the jrxml file and I get the following exception:
