rejimohamed Posted January 16, 2007 Share Posted January 16, 2007 Hi,I have to make a report which shows department id, name, year of joinig and total employees joined in that year..Displa should look like this 1997 1998 1999 Total Location 10 Sales 10 20 30 60 LA 20 Accounting 11 8 0 19 NY 30 Marketing 9 1 2 12 W-DC Total 30 29 32 91 Displaying Department as row group and year as column group is ok..but if i want to display department ids and say locations, where would i provide these fields? It should be part of cross tab data ? if that's the case, i dont want to have 'Total' fields for these extra columns.
