ptownsen99 Posted October 13, 2006 Share Posted October 13, 2006 I am trying to run the iReport 1.0 plugin for eclipse on Suse Linux 10.1. I have successfully downloaded it and installed it into Eclipse 3.2.1. I have also downloaded and successfully run iReport 1.2.7 stand-alone, so it has successfully created the .ireport directory in my home directory. However, when I try to run the eclipse ireport via the wizard I get the error dialog: Cannot find iReport home directory. Please run iReport at least once and retry. Does the plugin work on Linux? I ran the standalone iReport 1.3.0, and it created /home/jdavis/.ireport/, but the eclipse plugin cannot find this directory. Cannot find iReport home directory. I edit my .bashrc file to have this lineexport IREPORT_HOME=/path/to/where/iReport/is/installed and restarted eclipse.
