subreports with multiple record

hi,

i have to produce a pdf report including data about some customers, data as name, surname but also list of phone numbers, orders, ship-dates and so on.

users that use my web-application can choose more customers of which display data and so theese users with a click want to see only one pdf with data of multiple customers. for each customer we will have detail (name, surname, birthday) in a card style layout (using textboxes) but every customer, after this textboxes will have some subreports (phone-numbers, orders,ecc.) in a list style form.

how can i do this?

actually i'm using jasperreports in a java web application and i can transfer customers data in a xml file and in a collection of javabean. i cannot use jdbc datasource in report.
