change forecolor dinamic using string.

I have a question,

 

I have a string field that contains numbers, and I need to change the forecolor testing de value of the string,

if the string is equal to 10, 100 or 1000 change the color blue, else black.

 

I tried this in print when expresion:

new Boolean($F{ag_califordinario}.equals("10" or "100"))

 

but don´t work, sorry I´m new in Ireports.
