Hi,

I have a horizontal report and I need to embed this as a subreport in my master report. When I run the master report the horizontal report gets printed but the columns exceed the page width of the master report. I tried re-sizing the page size but it didn't help.

The problem I am facing is even if I make the horizontal report's page width very less still when I embed this as a subreport in the master report and run it it automatically stretches to the page width of the master report...any help/pointers would be helpful.

Subashree,

I've encountered this type of issue. I was able to make my sub-report display by selecting the "Remove Margins" option from the Edit menu while editing the Sub Report.

Thanks for the response. I did remove the margins in the sub report. Let me try explaining the issue again:

 

The sub report is a horizontal report & has 4 columns. When run independently it is fine. But when i embed it in a main report the sub report's 4 the column width extends over the main report's page margin. Any idea how I could avoid the same?
