How to draw a page border in iReport?

Hi,

 

I would like to draw a page border for all my report pages. How should I do it in ireport1.2.0?

I have all the bands in the report and would like to know how to draw a page border encompassing all the bands?

hi,

 

you can use the backgroud band. In the back ground band you can set the rectangel.It will display in the report prview as a border of a page.

Thanks for the reponse. I have one doubt, in order to set the rectangle in the background band do I need to stretch the bacground band height to as large as the page height?

yes.The backgroud's height should be equal to the page height.
