Summary prints when no details

I'm trying to create a fairly basic report... it has

 

--- GroupHeaderBand ---

Group Name

Header 1 Header 2

--- DetailBand --------

Data 1 Data 2

--- GroupFooterBand ---

Total: Amount

 

I'm having pagination problems however. When I have details split over two pages, I need the Headers to show on both pages.

 

*** Page 1 ************

Group Name

Header 1 Header 2

Data 1 Data 2

Data 1 Data 2

*** Page 2 ************

Group Name

Header 1 Header 2

Data 1 Data 2

Total: Amount

 

Which is easily done... however the issue comes in when all of the detail bands fit onto one page, but the summary doesn't. I end up with

 

 

*** Page 1 ************

Group Name

Header 1 Header 2

Data 1 Data 2

Data 1 Data 2

Data 1 Data 2

*** Page 2 ************

Group Name

Header 1 Header 2

Total: Amount

 

Which is really ugly. I would like to be able to hide the Headers in this case, but keep the Group Name.
