Fewer records displayed in the subreport

Hi,

I have a main report and a subreport. Both the reports generate correctly and with the right number of records displayed when they are run SEPARATELY. When I run ONLY the main report report which has the subreport in it, the subreport display only 2 records which is not correct as 3 records should be displayed.

Both of my reports are using a custome datasource and I have passed in the parameter $P{REPORT_DATA_SOURCE} from the main report to the subreport. And, I have checked that the page width and page height of the subreport are within the limits of the main report.

Please help if anyone knows what I have missed or what has gone wrong. Thanks!!
