2004 IR Help
By: smeet - smeet Does iReport support CSS stylesheet for HTML 2004-08-10 07:12 Hello, I've been trying ireport for 2 days now and it appears to be quite powereful and easy to manipulate. However, there is a point I haven't seen, and I'd like to know if iReport supports it : is it possible to design HTML reports using a CSS file for my graphic elements ? I did'nt find information about it. If you could answer and _ in the case it is supported _ give me some related l would be grateful. Thank you, Damien ++ By: cosjav - cosjav RE: Does iReport support CSS stylesheet for H 2004-08-25 18:53 ..........someone have an answer to this?........... By: Andrew McLaughlin - pik0 RE: Does iReport support CSS stylesheet for H 2004-08-25 20:46 I would suggest no. Since iReport (and indeed JasperReports) is designed for a generic and homogenous output format, you won't find any one single format specific feature. Just my $0.02... Piko By: Alin Vaida - alinv RE: Does iReport support CSS stylesheet for H 2004-08-26 04:17 The reports are supposed to look the same, no matter what format is used, so the only way to control their appearance is to modify the layout. Another .02$ By: smeet - smeet RE: Does iReport support CSS stylesheet for HTML 2004-09-01 06:54 Here are the answers in the JasperReports Forum. Thank you anyway for your answers ^^ http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1126064&forum_id=113530 By: Andrew McLaughlin - pik0 RE: Does iReport support CSS stylesheet for HTML 2004-09-01 07:50 That pretty much confirms the suspicions. To support all types of report outputs (PDF, HTML, et al), CSS cannot be at all supported. Piko
