Hi!,

 

I'm a newbie in the open source line. I'm trying to connect iReport 0.3.2 with our Compiere application using an Oracle Database.

 

I've downloaded the jdbc driver. the problem is when i'm making the connection. Here is the problem:

 

Unable to connect to any hosts due to exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect jdbc:mysql://192.168.1.29/compiere

Um, It looks like you are trying to use a 'mssql' driver with an Oracle database?

 

Try something like:

jdbc:oracle:thin:@192.168.1.28:1521:compiere
