I can?t start irepor

I had downloaded and unziped the file...

 

But when i start the application it gave this message:

Somebody know what is the problem?

I had copied the tools.jar of the jdk...

Hello,

You must have jdk 1.4 or a later version.

If it's the case, be sure thtat your CLASSPATH points to the good version.
