However, i cannot run them in the OS. I have already declared the necessary environment variables but nothing is happening. Also, can anyone pls help me as to how to develop layouts in jasper edit and test it in openreports. I am very confused. I always encounter errors in the dori.jasper.engine when i click on the view tab for the sample .jasper/.jprint files included in the installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
